The Louisiana Pelican necklace features our own rendition of the state bird as depicted on the Seal and Flag of Louisiana. Revered for the cooperative way that pelican parents care for their young, the pelican symbolizes the sense of community found in the bayou state. Reflective of Louisiana’s unique ecology we celebrate this unique creature with a hand-carved pendant on a diamond-cut black chain. Designed and Handcrafted in New Orleans.
